Responding to contact requests relies on Kaveliya’s legitimate interest in handling enquiries. Waiting-list registration relies on consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Final retention periods must be defined and published before public launch. Kaveliya will not keep data longer than necessary for the stated purposes and applicable legal obligations.
Recipients
Access is limited to Kaveliya and technical providers strictly necessary for form routing, security, hosting and communications. Personal data is not sold.

Withdrawal of consent
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal.
